Over the past 20 years, Standard Maintenance Company has built the composite decking production equipment for Trex, installed miles of piping in various chemical plants and fuel terminals, helped maintain the aggregate conveyance systems for a local LaFarge Holcim marine terminal, erected buildings and silos, and installed production equipment for Owens-Corning, and that’s just a small sampling of our work and clients. When Roxul decided to build a brand new rock wool insulation factory in our backyard, we knew we could contribute. Standard Maintenance put 135 millwrights, welders, and pipefitters to work on the packaging and process equipment lines. We were the only contractor on-site to finish ahead of schedule, and we did it without having to be called back for any re-work.  The owners, who oversaw the project from their foreign headquarters, depended on us to meet a variety of constructability challenges, and we were able to add value for their engineers by helping them identify optimal installations.

Standard Maintenance Company’s mechanical expertise and project management skills translate into successful outcomes for a wide variety of industries, from petro-chemical facilities and building material manufacturers to aggregate suppliers. If a mechanical process or conveyance is involved, we can build, install, and maintain it.
